1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Den: Couples & Relationship ("Den," the "App," or the "Service"), operated by Borg Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Borg Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

5. Subscriptions & Billing (iOS Only)

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store using Apple In-App Purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled solely by Apple according to Apple's policies. Borg Labs does not control Apple's billing or refund decisions.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

Den is not intended to provide medical, legal, psychological, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Den at any time for:

Den is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borg Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borg Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall Borg Labs, LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
